Plastic surgery to get festival ready? A recent New York Post article talked about women getting plastic surgery to prepare for Coachella weeks before the festival, which triggered the following question: If you elect for plastic surgery prior to an event, when should you get it?
“Botox or facial fillers such as Juvederm can be performed only days before an event,” says Manhattan Beach Plastic Surgeon Dr. Jay Granzow. “But I would recommend that procedures such as liposuction to be performed at least a month or more prior to an event. Even minor liposuction usually will take at least a few weeks to show best results.”
